CAREER ORIENTED TEACHING METHODOLOGY

Lucknow Public College of Professional Studies aims to provide such professional education which will give a judicious mix of theory and practice. The emphasis will be laid on imparting high degree of conceptual knowledge through interactive lectures, workshops, seminars, group discussion, projects and assignments, case study analysis, role play, industrial training and brain storming sessions. To realize these objectives, the institute is equipped with ultramodern infrastructure with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipments, overhead projectors, etc.

Special emphasis is laid on overall personality development, team spirit and communication and presentation skills of the students.

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

The institute has developed a systematic and analytical performance evaluation system based on regular written assignments, projects, class performance and mid-semester and end-semester exams.

Regular counseling session is held to monitor and upgrade the performance of students. A meticulous Monthly Progress Report is prepared for each student and parents are kept posted with the progress report of his ward as the course progresses.

Regular Contact programs are held with parents to facilitate mutual sharing of ideas and corrective analysis to achieve the desired progress of the students.

For all round development of the students and to impart practical knowledge, the college sends its students for excursions every year to various industries, places of historical importance and regions known for their natural beauty, flora and fauna.

HOBBY CLUBS

Hobby clubs are introduced for the complete personality development of students. The activities of the hobby clubs will help develop leadership qualities, discipline, team work, healthy competitive spirit, creative expression, confidence and fitness among the students.
