The candidate should fill the application form carefully in accordance with the rules and regulations specified in the college prospectus and should also attach the following documents with application form-

Self attested copies of Pass certificate and Mark sheet of High School or equivalent examination.
Self attested copies of Pass certificate and Mark sheet of Intermediate or equivalent examination.
Self attested copy of Mark sheet of last examination passed (if other than Intermediate examination).

In case the candidate had passed his/her qualifying examination in the year 2008 or earlier, then an affidavit duly notarised on Rs. 10/- general stamp paper (duly verified by the parent if candidate is below18 years of age) must be furnished to the effect that the candidate had not taken admission in any other College or University in the academic session 2008-09.

Character Certificate from the head of the institution from where the candidate has passed his last examination as a regular candidate.

The candidate who has passed their last examination as private candidate must submit Character Certificate obtained from the 1 st Class Magistrate/Class I Gazetted Officer. It should be noted that the Certificate should have not been obtained on or before 28th February 2009.

Application form complete in all respects along with copies of required documents as listed above will be accepted only till the last date which would be notified on the college notice board.

No admission form will be entertained after the due date.

Incomplete Application Forms will not be considered for admission and will be summarily rejected.

The short-listed candidates are required to appear along with their Parents/guardian with original certificates/mark sheets/testimonials before the Admission Committee for Interview/Counseling session on the date notified for signing the declaration and completing the Admission Process.

All the information related to Admission will be displayed on the college notice board. The college does not take responsibility for notifying the candidates individually.

Note: The candidates must submit their Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate duly countersigned by competent authority and Character Certificate in original at the time of admission.
